AIM

The aim of this program is to ensure learners possess the educational and digital capabilities required for progression.  Learning is appropriately personalised, and provision may include the following:

  • Functional Skills
  • GCSE resits where appropriate
  • digital skills
  • literacy
  • numeracy
  • communication
  • vocational qualifications
  • accredited short courses
  • study skills; and
  • specialist provision according to progression goals.

Learning is, wherever possible, contextualised; for example, the following methods can be implemented:

English through:
