The purpose of this course is to connect learners with the wider Phoenix philosophy of leadership and contribution. We operate from an important assumption that: “Young people who have experienced difficulty are not disqualified from leadership.” This course is designed to empower individuals by providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate challenges and emerge as effective leaders. We believe that every experience, especially those involving hardship, can serve as a foundation for growth and leadership. By embracing the diverse backgrounds of our learners, we aim to foster an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully.
